The app serves as single interface for airline employees, corporate customers, passengers, suppliers, partners and potential employees to interact with the airline. The App is connected with CRM, PSS, HR, ERP, MRO systems of the airline. PIAC is moving towards mobile-first strategy from legacy web-based interface. PIAC Connect app is launched to provide mobile interfaces to facilitate the employees and passengers. Currently provided services include: safety reporting, ERP workflow, team management, visit reports, salary and allowance etc (for the employees) and PNR services, Flight Status, Contact Service Desk (for the passengers).
